FireROVR started with a simple idea: the records system should follow the department's workflow, not force the department to work around the software. It brings incident reporting and station operations together in one pocket-ready system.
Every department starts with a free trial — no credit card needed.
Our story
FireROVR wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built by Drew Foster, a volunteer firefighter for more than 10 years — raised in South Arkansas and now living in Northwest Arkansas — who saw how much of his department's work still lived on paper checklists, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and memory.
Truck checks, training hours, maintenance problems, and incident reports all matter — but keeping them in one place was harder than it should be, especially for small, rural, and volunteer departments.
I wanted to build something I’d actually want to use — something simple and easy, but super powerful.
Every screen follows something a department already does—write a report, review a record, complete a check, staff a rig, or document training.
FireROVR is designed for firefighters entering information on shift and officers responsible for reviewing the department record.
Incident details, personnel, apparatus checks, training, and maintenance belong in a system that reflects how the department actually operates.
FireROVR is designed to start with information CAD already knows, let firefighters add the operational record, and give officers a clear review path. FireROVR has completed NERIS V1 technical compatibility requirements; this does not imply endorsement or a live production submission workflow.
